Room was clean ! Staff in the from desk very professional
I felt the hotel was in a nice location and its very convenient that there is a costco literally across the street. Our room was located on the second floor facing the freeway, unfortunately right outside our window was the ac systems and you could here the fans knocking all night long! We had gotten a suite with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed, the pull out sofa bed was disgusting, we took pictures and when we told the cleaning staff we were told the manager wasn’t there and thats all they could do. It looked like poop stains and of course my other 2 guests could not sleep on this so we had to go across the street to costco and get a blow up mattress that costed me almost $200. The bathroom was very tiny and outdated, the light switch has a 30 minute timer, which really wasn’t an issue but a bit inconvenient. Overall we did not really enjoy our stay, location was probably the only positive factor this hotel had. Also a little inconvenient that parking costed $9 a day and it wasn’t even a gated parking lot, anyone could honestly park in there.
