We had no hot water. It was reported and nothing was improved. Awful for a place where you hike all day and want a hot shower!! Management and the front desk were not helpful.

Our room was too small for two queen beds and all the extra furniture. We were cramped when adding suitcases and cooler because we had been traveling long distance and had extra hiking gear. The bathtub plug was stuck and wouldn’t drain until a maintenance man came and yanked it out the next day. . The air conditioner was mediocre and didn’t cool the room…in fact the whole hotel was very hot. Breakfast was very good and had plenty variety and tables. The drive to Zion is about 20 minutes The staff were helpful with our questions and maintenance issue.
