Internet and T.V. service not consistent and staff couldn't access cabinet to reset without manager who was off for 2 days. Bug found on blanket in closet. Pull out mattress was so awful you couldn't sleep on it without a spring poking in your back. Breakfast was o.k., but not great quality when it comes to the eggs and sausage.

We styaed here on our way to Branson, MO and decided to stay again on our way home a week later. The desk staff, Kiera, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location right off Interstate 55, and its proximity to restaurants were two things that were i mportant to us.
