Room & hotel were fine. Clean enough. Had a couple of issues though. Got there about 2 hours before 3 PM checkin time was told it was $35 charge for early checkin. I don't understand. If the room is ready then why try to chisel an additional $35 out of the guest? 1 of the elevators was out of service. Signage on Rte.9 could be improved - driveway not well marked. I drove past it twice. Put the Comfort Inn sign next to the driveway w/a big arrow. As I was leaving, requested checkout receipt be emailed to me.. Never got it until I called a few ays later.
we said limited cleaning was okay, they did none, did not take trash, or replace towels. had to call each day to. have trash removed and new towels. also did not replace toilet tissue. we didnt meet sheets changed, so minimal maintainece should have bee done without calling each day.
