The room was absolutely disgusting and did not stay. They also did not refund me and gave me false numbers to get my money back so had to dispute it through my bank.

We like to stay at Country Inns for several reasons - great swimming pool hours, no pets - but the Macon GA location was disappointing - probably because they are undergoing upgrades, based on the sign by the front door. In the morning, the pool room had all the windows open and the water was ice cold. I didn't swim, but did enjoy the whirlpool. Our room was clean as expected, and the bed was comfortable. There were NO towel racks in the bathroom. We had to hang our towels on the high shower curtain rod. I hope the "upgrade" will add towel racks.
