Guests are greeted within an atrium-style lobby and by a friendly staff. The close proximity to the airport is an appealing feature and the spacious suites are soundproof. This all-suite hotel features a separate living area with a sofa bed and 55" TV. A chef station preparing cooked-to-order omelets and substantial breakfast buffet is included. End your day at the free evening reception that includes non-alcoholic drinks and lite bites with premium drinks available for purchase. Dinner room service is available. This hotel is convenient for travelers wanting to be close to the airport and/or the subway. The hotel is within walking distance of both! However, this hotel, I suppose like a lot of ES hotels, is dated. The rooms are clean and the hotel is generally quiet but again, it is old. Perhaps worst of all, the nightly Managers Reception has no free drinks. Due to state law, the hotel is prohibited from offering free or discounted alcohol. So you’ll have to pay full-price (ahem, overpriced) for a drink. The food at said reception is OK, but nothing to write home about. The breakfast is much better, having the expected omelet bar and an array of fruits, grains, breads, etc. For the nightly rate, I think I would think twice about staying here should I ever come back to Boston. The location is prefect but the rate and the lack of full amenities at the reception could be a deal-breaker.
Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff, great location near the airport, easy shuttle to and from airport. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was alright. The door to the bedroom didn’t close properly. There was no binder of information related to hotel operations that you find in most places, which made it difficult for us to plan breakfast, etc with our small children in tow. It was not clear at time of booking that the only parking available was $60 valet parking. Overall, I will choose a different hotel next time we go to Boston. The cost was not worth the experience.
