I had problems with one of their elevators the 3 days I was there. I asked for assistance 2 times once with the manager. I used the stairs several times to no avail on the morning of check out the manager went in the elevator with me. After my survey answer to Corp. I received a reply from the manager that the elevator was being worked on. On the day of check in I called the desk 2 times on questions regarding the WiFi. No answer so I left a voice mail. They never returned my call. I would never stay in this hotel again.
