How I wanted to love this hotel. I would have given them 5 stars just for the wonderful staff. However, you go to a hotel primarily to sleep. Unfortunately, the mattresses in this place will leave you with an aching back when you wake up in the morning. I've never--well, maybe almost never--have been so uncomfortable. If don't mind sleeping on an uneven surface, then this place may suit you. As for me, I'll be sleeping elsewhere.
