Despite being next to PDX, this is place quiet. It's near Portland/Vancouver and many stores/mall/entertainment near by. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had plenty of options.
Staff was especially helpful. Proximity to airport was a big plus.
The breakfasts were good and varied each day. I didn't give 5 stars as there was a plumbing problem in the first room and the man at the desk was difficult in not initially wanting to give us a different room. It should be noted that all the rest of the staff was very accommodating.

Good customer service. We arrived late around 12:30 am. My daughter went to take a shower and the tub faucet shot off the wall. I went down to tell the front desk clerk and he was able to get us a new room quickly and with no hassle. The shuttle was terrific. We called the hotel and he sent the shuttle over within like 10 minutes. Also the shuttle was great in the morning. We had a bite to eat at 7:30 am and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of the clerk calling for it.
