The staff here was great, they were helpful when needed, friendly and professional. They had a pool and jacuzzi which the teens really enjoyed. The only down side is on their website it states that breakfast is free at this location and when I asked a staff member they said there is a fee, but tea and coffee is offered for free in the lobby. The hotel wasn’t too far from downtown Rochester and it’s close by restaurants and a mall. The reason why I was so unhappy with my room is because there was a connecting room, you can hear EVERYTHING from the other room. If you are traveling with children I would request a non connecting room because you don’t want them to hear what people are up to on the other side. I hope this helps .
