There needs to be better elevator locations. If your room is at the end of a hallway, you have to walk way too far to get to elevator.

The Holiday Inn didn't accept AAA's room rates and increased it, lot's of extra hidden fees, double charging for my one breakfast I ate at the establishment, and refusing to return any my hard earned money. Next time I'll use a different Hotel!

Beds were lumpy. Beds were so high one had to jump up to get in them. Carpet in room & hallways was old & worn. Amenities not provided. A bottle of water cost $3.50. In restaurant, every meal was not what we ordered. After 2 meals, we did not eat there again.
For elderly people one has to walk a long way to get the elevator to a higher floor. We did not have any cleaning crew in our room for the three days we were there.
