This property is an urban hotel located on the bottom eight floors of the new Broadway Tower. As an arriving guest, you will find brightly painted wall murals in the lobby area, black and white corridors leading to your room and a somewhat minimalist guest room with a poured cement ceiling and a huge wall mural. After studying the tile mosaic wall in your shower, let me tell you, it's not a lobster, but a Benson Bubbler (the public drinking fountains located around downtown Portland). Bathtubs are available on request. Smoke free premises. 180 units. 20 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel, the room and the view of downtown was very appealing. I would have liked a towel bar close to the shower door, warmer colored lighting in the room and the fridge was a little noisy, but not terrible.
