Billing issues and not following my reservation. Had beverage credits we were told didn't exist. Charged for parking when they shouldn't have. Staff seemed overwhelmed as nothing seemed to be done well.

But I think the Parking fee of $17.50 per day should have been included. And when we checked in they told us it would be $768.85 for our stay. We do not travel that much and think it should of not been a surprise after we checked in we were going to be charged to park.
