Natural light pours into the lobby via the skylights in the high, open-rafter wood-beam ceiling. There are four expanded hospitality suites, which include a boardroom table and separate bedroom. The open-air courtyard on the second floor offers a great space to relax. Smoke free premises. 208 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Upon checking in, we asked if there was any food establishments within walking distance of the hotel. The staff's response was "I don't know". They should have been able to recommend something. Also, the hotel didn't have a bar or lounge, huge disappointment. If not for this, I would have given rated it 5 stars.
The bed was a big issue for us! It was hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. We stayed a whole weekend to attend a Saints game and our ribs, neck and shoulders, upper and lower back were killing us! And we kept finding random hairs everywhere, especially all over the bed. Different lengths and dark colors, I have blonde hair and my husband is bald sooooo all these anonymous hairs were not ours
Checked in on a Friday associate mumbled something to the effect my room would be cleaned on Sunday; room was never cleaned. Had to chase down a housekeeper daily for towels. Not informed that there would be parking fees. No social area/ entertainment. Room was musty.
