While my experience was generally a positive one, two problems stand out. First, the elevator to the garage was extremely slow, leading to a potential unsafe situation when returning in the evening. Second, upon check out, the front desk individual conveyed a subtle though obvious and unmistakable antisemitic slur.

Overall it was a nice clean room. I just did not know free Wi-Fi was not included in my rate. Would have loved to know that in advance

It's a clean hotel in a convenient location. My only criticism is that the 2 free water bottles aren't really free unless you are a Hilton member with upper status. I guess you've got to read the fine print.

It was very neat & clean but it was the only hotel that we stayed at that didn’t provide complimentary breakfast or even coffee.
