Overall was good but we were unable to get any water in our room all morning. So no shower, no toilet, no water! I know the hotel was full so that's what lead to the problem.
What a wonderful stay we had! It was perfect from start to finish! Every staff member from the moment we walked in the door was amazing. We will be staying here when we visit Kansas City from here on out! Thank you, it was magical! Thank you for going the extra mile to celebrate Taylor Swift with all the decorations and string quartet. Absolutely magical! Guest services, house keeping, bell man, front desk, every person was amazing. Thank you!!!
Everything was outstanding. The only complaint I can come up with is having to pay a fee for internet reception in the room.
