This hotel does not disappoint. It is connveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there in the future.

I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert at the Sandler Performing Arts Center which is across the street. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff, ease in parking, Interlude restaurant, Marketplace Cafe, and my room was fabulous. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed due to repair issues. I think management should alert patrons about this at time of booking. I had packed swim gear and headed down to the pool only to discover it was closed. There was a notice in my room alerting me that there was construction at an adjoining parking garage and there could be noise in the afternoons. I'm glad they left the note, but again this could have been divulged prior to check in.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, but the room was not what I believe a Westin should be. We were supposed to have a sitting area, which was actually only one chair and a small round table. I suppose we could have taken turns using the chair! The elevators leading from the garage (actually one was out of order!) was disgusting. After checking out, we went to take the elevator to the garage for our car... surprise! The second elevator was not working!! We had to lug our bags up THREE flights of steps. I returned to the lobby to inform them that neither elevator was working. The man at the desk ( a very nice young man!) said the elevators were managed by an outside company, I suggested they contact the company... he said a guest had actually been stuck in the elevator the day before! Totally unacceptable for a 75 year old lady to have to pull a suitcase up three flights of steps to get to the car. We have stayed at several Westin Hotels, but this one was equal to a Motel 6. Sad. We paid over $300 for the night, with the AAA discount! Needless to say, we won't be staying at any of their properties again. Very disappointed.
