This is the closest hotel to the airport, featuring spacious public gathering areas inside and out, including a great water slide. Inviting guest rooms have traditional décor. Smoke free premises. 272 units. 2-4 stories, interior corridors.

The location of the room was just ok. The air conditioner made so much noise, and was either hot or very cold, despite having the fan on continuous, it would go on and off. The room was dusty, mildew in the shower. Not many plugs around the bed. Two powerstrips with all the lights, tv, refrigerator, microwave plugged into them. One of the powerstrips had a power cube plugged into that. I was afraid to plug anything else in. Wifi was intermittent, and kept telling me the password was wrong, despite me copying it from the card envelope. Once I closed the device, it was hard to reconnect. TV guide required knowing the station, then finding it on the channel, no way to just put the number in. Staff was nice. Did not try any restaurants. Was only planning on spending the night, and with an early flight, it is an easy walk to the airport
Hotel was nice once we got to it. Apple Map program directed us through Airport parking lot. Parking lot was well lit Had to walk through the large pool area with lots of tables and a waterslide to get to our room in the back wing. Too bad it was too cold to use it. The room was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast buffet looked good and was tucked behind the restaurant in the lobby. You can order breakfast from your room, but you have to pick it up from the free breakfast area and bring it back to your room, so why bother? Overall a nice safe stay near the airport on the east side of town
We prefer the Wyndham, in El Paso, when traveling. It is convenient to the airport, within walking distance and is comfortable.
