Northern Vermont Scenic Route 105

97.9 miles: 2 hours, 15 minutes

SR 105 is a journey through the northern section of Vermont known as “Northeast Kingdom.” It will take you through lovely small towns, glistening fresh-water lakes, awe-inspiring mountains and rolling farm country that are picturesque in all four seasons.

Inside the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, known for its four distinct seasons, SR 105 passes through lovely little towns with farms, and it runs alongside several bodies of water such as the 2-mile-long Island Pond and the Missisquoi River. The drive is particular lovely in fall when the foliage changes to vibrant oranges and reds.
