It was a great stay however, I made the reservation back in July for October and they gave me the wrong room. When I asked what was the issue the hotel staff informed me that the entire hotel was sold out and there were no other rooms. If that was the reason then why was I able to book that specific room with 2 queen beds when all that they had available at the time was 1 King bed. The unfortunate issue was that my room was not the only room who experienced this but I overheard other guests questioning why they received a 1 King bed room when they booked a 2 Queen bed room. Overall it was a nice stay but I wish there was a better explanation as to what happened besides my Head Front Desk made the change to move you over to this room and they are not here so you will have to come back in the morning if we have any new updates to help.
