During the morning of my checkout, I left the lobby to get coffee from a convenience store. Upon my return, I found that the lobby's automatic doors were not working. I asked the security guard on duty (on duty early morning of Monday, February 27, 2023) to open the key lock doors so that I may re-enter the hotel. The security guard who gave the appearance of being very sleepy arrogantly replied that the key lock doors opened only at a certain time. I asked if she could make an exception since the automatic doors were not operating. She did eventually unlock the key doors but she did display an unwelcome and unprofessional attitude. However, the desk personnel were very kind and helpful and I appreciated them very much.

This is a nice enough hotel in a good location with excellent staff, but nothing special for a high price, plus they obnoxiously gouge you on parking at $35 per night.
