My only complaint against this establishment is with the shuttle services. The airport to hotel shuttle is abysmal. We arrived at Miami International at 8:30pm and called the hotel front desk as instructed for a pick-up. We did not arrive to the hotel (3 miles away!) until nearly 11:00pm. Many people were waiting at the airport for the shuttle for over 2 hours. The hotel to port shuttle is no better. We had reserved an 11:00 transport time to the port and had to push our way onto the shuttle at our appointed time. Many people were scheduled and anxious about arriving at the port. We mistakenly made round-trip shuttle arrangements, on the hotel's recommendation, for after our cruise. I was told I would receive a text the day before we disembarked for our shuttle information. I did receive the text but was told they would be there to pick us up between 8-9:00 am--we weren't even scheduled to get off the ship until 8:45 and had to collect our luggage, go through customs and find our way to the pick up spot. Once we got to the pickup spot, we waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to show up. This shuttle then spent another 2 hours at the port picking up people--we went back and forth through the port terminals. We didn't get back to the hotel until after noon. IF if stay here again, I will only use a ride share service to get around.
