Restaurants have overall ratings in the top 20% for their Diamond Rating level, plus no member complaints in the past 12 months.
Watching the chefs create art on a plate with such precision amazes me. Each dish is a delight to see and is even more exciting to taste!
AAA Inspector Notes
Begin your experience watching the sunset on the rooftop garden. Then head back downstairs to enjoy an amazing eleven course dinner that is expertly served. The chef/owner creates dishes using ingredients from their nearby farm and artisan items from around the world. Dishes may include Santa Barbara abalone, smoked trout and braised lamb, each artfully presented. Finish with such delights as frozen matcha and jasmine with yuzu. Guests can expect dinner to last at least three hours. Lunch is served on Saturday and Sunday only.
