AAA Inspector Notes
The restaurant hails from what is believed to be the oldest Spanish restaurant pedigree in all of Florida. Established in 1905 in Ybor City, it carries on all of its original traditions, such as the not-to-be-missed '1905 salad', which is prepared tableside. Follow salad with a delicious entrée such as steak salteado or salmon “Aurora”. Finish your meal with a serving of delicious white chocolate bread pudding.
