Your taste buds will come alive with his classic ceviche, seasonal miso, corn and cheese empanadas and spicy soba noodle salad. The funky décor fits the Pearl, artsy yet totally laid back, like the servers who are very well versed in the complex yet fun menu. For a refreshing nonalcoholic drink, try the house made ginger-mint beer.
