Sleepy Sandy Bay and its white sand beach make for a more laid-back alternative to the busy West End. The ideal time to enjoy the beach in Sandy Bay is between March and May, when the weather tends to be dry and warm. For a quieter beach experience, avoid days when cruise ships are moored in Roatan.
