Some of the Southwest-style buildings offer incredible red rock views. Choose from a studio or one- two- or three-bedroom suites, all offering full kitchens and patios or balconies. The expansive, landscaped grounds feature multiple pools, hot tubs and a playground. Smoke free premises. 417 condominiums, some two and three bedrooms. 1-2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors. Not a cheap hotel. I can't believe there wasn't a USB charging station in any of the rooms in the suite. The receceptionist could have been more accomodating in responding to questions.
I wasn't impressed with the place. The rooms are very outdated, our first room had a broken door and a snake was in the room when we got there because of that. There were no amenities at all, with the exception of swimming pools (which were clean and nice).

Unprofessional staff lacking knowledge of basic check-in procedures, especially Alicia, the Guest Services Manager. I booked through an outside agency. I had a simple reservation date change that was already confirmed by my outside agency and I went above and beyond to coordinate directly with the vacation club in advance of my arrival via phone calls etc. Alicia couldn't verify the change and gave me the wrong phone number so I tracked down the correct number through Hilton Honors and received a confirmation from Hilton in addition to my outside agency. I am so glad I went out of my way to confirm on my own because Alicia still said they had no record of my new reservation dates even though I had documentation that I had spoken to her in advance and the outside agency changed it. For some reason It still took 30 minutes for them to check us in and the desk clerk was so rude and unprofessional.

Hotel was great and staff was friendly. We're used to having some type of dining option within walking distance so we hoofed it farther than expected to the Famous Pizza place down the road about 15 minutes walk. Other than that, very nice stay!
