Room was very nice with good ambiance lighting. Check-in was very pleasant and we were greeted warmly. Valet parking right at the front door was easy and quick. Valets were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and buffet style so you could go back for more. Located in the middle of downtown so steps to Reedy Park and the Peace Center. Walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment.

the most amazing front desk staff warm and welcoming they actually remember their guests from previous stays. The location of the property is fantastic. It is the only hotel we ever stay at when in Greenville which is frequently.

It’s time to get back to daily room service. To continue to charge guests full rates and offer cleaning services every three days is unacceptable
