My only complaint is I requested and was promised a handicapped room with walk in shower. I was told that all of those rooms only had bathtubs but that all of the other rooms had wallk in showers. The beds also were a little bit of a problem for my wife. They were a little high for her.

Small room. TV wouldn't boot so couldn't watch football games. Minute coffee maker which spilled hot water everywhere. Dirt film on bathroom counter. Nice workout room. Comfortable queen beds. Nice people working the front desk.
We stayed there twice on way to Missouri and coming home.coming home stay not happy with room toilet ran all the time no fan in bathroom smaller room from first stay and was billed the same rate.on check out brought issues up acted like they didn’t care.biggest issue is being carved the same rate for smaller room not happy.
It was listed that they took pets and they did not. It was 11:30 pm and we had been driving for over 12 hours and made the reservations during our drive. Once we arrived, we were denied but they sent us to another Marriot in Santa Fe area/paseo, 15 minutes away, which was old, very tired and in need of a complete renovation. The front desk gal was rude and unhelpful and we have been Bonvoy members since 1987. Really disappointed and trusted AAA for their recommendations. The Marriot Albuquerque needs to change their info on their website page to “No Pets”
I got bed bug bites on my lower leg. The breakfast dining room could not handle the customers efficiently. Room 601 needs a thorough cleaning, especially the carpets and mattress
