This hotel has an ideal location in the heart of downtown. Rooms are modern and minimalist in design, with the large bed and wall-mounted flat screen TV being the focal points. The primary gathering spots are the rooftop pool and the bustling lobby with its billiard table and full bar which opens nightly. Smoke free premises. 139 units. 10 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

The room and accommodations were adequate however, the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Especially after they learned we had booked with a third-party site. Felt like a second-class citizen. Will never stay with them again.

Check in was easy, staff was nice, rooms were clean, location was perfect

The lobby entrance was difficult to find. We found ourselves in the garage unable to get inside. When we called the reservation number, we were not connected with a customer service representative to help. Just round and round with prompts. Also, our room was not tended to by housekeeping the day between our 2 nights. There was no notification that this would be the case, so we were surprised to return after a long day to find, no new towels, bed unmade, and trash not emptied. In addition, the room was small, with an open plan so when the bathroom light was on, the room lit up. The door to the bathroom only closed off the shower/toilet. My husband did like the gym, though.
