After traveling all day(the last hour and a half in torrential rain) knowing we had a parking garage at our hotel, we discovered the lot was full. We had to locate a public parking lot and about a half mile away and carry our luggage through soft rain and HUGE puddles back to our room. The staff at check is were nice and apparently had nothing to do with the parking situation. Then in our room we couldn’t get tge air to come on. After calling the front desk, someone was able to override and make our unit cool down. As I mentioned we were tired and very damp so it wasn’t a great first impression for my daughter and grandkids of Savannah.
