No complimentary water for starters for our coffee in our room. We loved the hotel and it’s enormous size and luxury, but least they could do is offer free water. Another thing I put DO NOT DISTURB sign before we fell asleep and checkout was at 11am. Between 850-900AM we were getting knocking on our door. I doubted whether I placed do not disturb sign or not and when I checked in the morning it was still there. So, sign was useless
Beautiful hotel, every amenity great bars, bed was superbly conformtable, loved every minutes of it.
Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. Rooms were well stoked and clean.
