When we checked in they only had a King sized bed. When I reserved the room I reserved 2 double beds. Room was really old and out dated. The headboard smelled like perfume all night. The matress was horrible and lumpy really hard to sleep on a d the pillow were just as bad. The shower was super gross with some black mold on the ceiling the shower head was from the 70s. Next the pool area had no towels my daughter had to ask for them at the front desk then they finally brought some out. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
Manager was very helpful at setting up the room for my anniversary. Hotel was very clean and had a nice restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just down the street from Disneyland which made it nice.
No hot water the entire time we were there, asked for a different room and was told they didn’t think any of them had hot water. Boiler issue
