This very nice hotel is within reasonable walking distance of the historic core of Mexico City. Staff was very helpful. The only problem we encountered was that the thermostat in our room didn't work. After not being able to get it to work, staff brought up a portable air conditioner, which made a world of difference in getting the room comfortable for our stay.
Great location, the room had a great view of the city and the daily breakfast was delicious and as a bonus with a city view! Excellent service!
First time I've stayed at a location with this brand, and will certainly do so again.
