In the heart of Madrid, walking distance from restaurants and the palace and to bus stops that can get you anywhere else. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
The room was good, the staff nice. I found the location--Plaza de España--to be very convenient. It was very near lots of places to eat, the Metro, within walking distance to many places. It was a safe area, a nice place to do a paseo.
