Staff was friendly. Room had amenities as listed, but had a burned out overhead light fixture, a spot with a pealing ceiling, bath walls needed a wipe-down, and the overhead lights above the beds were inconveniently operated by a switch at the room’s entrance; one had to get out of bed to turn on and off. The breakfast biscuits were hard and the supplies were low from the outset. These listed things colored our stay. Some could be addressed but not others. The place was otherwise could have been comfortable..
Back door was unlocked till midnight.Should have been 9 pm, The pillows were hard and small. We didn't get the bottle of water as advertised and the cleaners came in before we checked out when we came back from being out. Continental breakfast didn't have healthy options. However, the room was clean we checked in.
