Their was not enough parking was forced to park in grass. Also ice machine in my building was out of order. Also are phone in room was out of order

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The breakfast was great with bacon ,eggs ,bagels, and oatmeal if you chose. It was a full breakfast menu. Amy was very helpful with checkout and got me some bath tissue when we were low. Thank-you staff!!

We were satisfied with the hotel overall, however when we booked through AAA we were given a room that was handicap accessible. We were not happy about that. The room provided everything for a handicapped individual. We are not handicap, and we feel the room should have been available for someone who needs it. We will book with Baymont again in the future, but we will be specific with our request.
