Located on Boca Ciega Bay and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, the property has a private fishing pier with boat slips. Rooms vary in size and some have great views of the waterway. The appealing waterfront deck has a barbecue grill for guests’ use. Guests can utilize amenities at each of the three family owned properties. Paddle boards, fishing poles and kayaks are available for rent. Only one parking space is permitted per guest unit. Note that registration is at the sister property which is located at 4506 Gulf Blvd. Smoke free premises. 11 kitchen units. 2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.
