They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was well maintained and the food was plentiful. The rooms were clean, but some things (door latch and tub drain) were not in good working order in one of the rooms we had. We'd give 4 1/2 stars

The room was marginally clean - bathroom floor was sticky as well as the front area. Bathroom products were obviously reused, such that they made little effort to hide the fact they refill the personal shampoos. WORSE - one of the beds had a horrible squeek that sounded every time the person on it moved. My daughter got NO sleep as she awoke every time she moved. Next morning, we told the desk clerk who acted as if she’d heard it all before.
