Great staff including the front desk, the breakfast hosts, and the folks that cleaned our room. They were friendly, cheerful, and a joy to encounter. They all were extremely helpful with information and guidance for help with some serious matters.

This hotel was very clean! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and they have coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all the time! Location was minutes from west entrance to Yellowstone and near shopping and restaurants.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast.
Best Western was recommended by AAA but this motel was a disappointment. My friends and I were supposed to have rooms next to each other and we did not. My room was on the other side of the property which would have made it difficult for loading/unloading luggage since we were traveling together. In order to get a room closer to my friend, my room was downgraded. The bathroom was no bigger than a closet and the beds were very uncomfortable! The quality of the room was not commensurate with the nightly rate!
