We had to wait until after 5pm to check in to our room. Staff couldn’t care less. The room was the first one next to the pool, and apparently the filter or something running was VERY LOUD. We asked to move to another room - nope. Didn’t even try to make things right or better - they were full so did t care. Never stay in room 125

My room was clean and desent. However the a/c unit was not operating no cooling. The hotel staff offered to exchange the room but the weather turned cooler and there was no need to change. A+ to the staff for looking for solutions. All else was good.
