The hotel had canceled our reservation without reaching out to us. We obviuously did not find out till we arrived. Most hotels in the area were full. Both the Front Desk Agent and Nathan, whom we spoke to at different times, used disrespecful tones at us like it was our fault they could not reach us as AAA does not share a phone number or email with them. We never raised a voice but were obviously very upset and still do not understand why they could not correct their mistake. I fully believe they need some Strong customer service training.
Sorry, but we had to cancel due to illness in the family
Very clean. Super close to the battlefield and town. Decent breakfast My son especially enjoyed the pancake machine. Surprisingly roomy.
