Enjoy a restful stay, both on their beds with oversize mattresses or in the property's attractive, central garden/pool area. This is a great location with easy access to the main city loop. Smoke free premises. 78 units, some two bedrooms. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

It was okay for the 1 night we stayed. Pillows are very small so if you have neck issues, ask for more pillows. Room was clean.
Very dirty room. Ceramic flooring was sticky to walk on. Cable did not come in most the time. No room service for all 3 days we stayed there. Bathtub was clogged and we would stand in ankle deep water when taking shower (unfortunately did not get any pictures of bathtub drain). Spoke with staff at front desk who said maintenance would fix the drain and room service would be over next day. No one ever came and my husband had to clean out drain twice which was extremely nasty. It would help for the first shower, but then it would clog again by next shower. When checking out, hotel front staff said sorry and gave $30 credit which does not even touch on the inconvenience of it all.
If I could rate this hotel -0 I would. I had the worse experience I was already in a room I had booked and stayed in the previous days but switched to to a dirty towel and sheets, nasty bathroom. Mini fridge with crawling roaches, roaches in the sink coming from the rim of the tub which use to be a hot tub. I don’t recommend staying at this Best Western location.
