Easy check in/out process. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a dirty coffee maker. The bathroom tub wasn't clean. The door safety top lock was coming out of the trim which made me feel unsafe. Staff was very nice.
Best Western has always been - at least for the past 55years - the best. In all those years I've always had excellent service. They just keep getting better and better. In the past year I've been in two other hotel chains, tho' they don't come up the Best Western.
