This property is close to the interstate and only 10 minutes from the airport. The small on-site pool offers reprieve from the heat on a hot day. Smoke free premises. 52 units. 2 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hall way in the second floor was hot and muggy. The first room we were given had a very strong unpleasant smell which we believed to be mold. We immediately started to feel sick from the strong smell. The air conditioner was missing the controls, and was very rusted with a broken cover., and the room was dusty. The desk clerk was very friendly and quickly gave us another room. The second room was much better the main problem with that room was the wet carpet by the AC unit. Some of the staff were very friendly, some not so much.
I am very disappointed due to uncleanliness of room. Was not satisfied with room when checked in. Now they are saying I never checked in. They don’t want to reimburse me not even partial Payton room because it was booked by 3rd party. If you are not satisfied I thought tut meant total reimbursement.
