The check-in process was rather chaotic, given system problems (e.g., room keys were working); waited in line for 30 minutes. However, since I had made reservations online, my check-in went smoothly. The staff were great, especially the women providing breakfast. The bathrooms lack counter space to store toiletries.

The hotel itself was ok, except for the broken toilet seat in our room. The morning breakfast was horrible. Muffins were stale, eggs a dried out rubbery mess. Hot tea water cold. The worst part was the ongoing noise from a party 4 doors down. No action was taken to correct . Front desk staff just said “sorry”. We won’t come back as that was the second time in two visits that happened.
