Located just a block and a half from the LIRR train station, you may hear noise from passing trains, but it is very convenient. The comfortable rooms are decorated in a modest but contemporary style. Smoke free premises. 98 units. 5 stories, exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Firstly, doors open to outside like a motel, which was not clear in the listing. The soundproofing is nonexistent, people dancing, yelling, babies crying kept us up all night. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, I mean not like someone smoked one cigarette, more like it was a casino in Vegas in the 70s. Don't stay here.
Old motel with redo facade and rooms renovated. Great location and that would be the big draw, nothing about the hotel. I remember staying there 50 years ago. Staff great, amenities ok, and cleanliness average. Cliental so-so, would have preferred another floor, that hasn't changed in 50 years either. Again, location, location, location.

Surprised to see this hotel on AAA. Our room was non smoking but it clearly smelled like cigarettes, the ac didn’t work properly. Would not stay here again.
Had a room next to someone that was smoking (what is another issue). The path/walk way to the room needed to be resurfaced. The room was ok (clean, some what noisy, could hear tv & conversation in smokers room). Breakfast was Good, location was great.
