The hotel is fine for a night's stay. The location is a little iffy, but the hotel is clean and well-kept.
The room had roaches. The manager “Jan” or Jen refused to comp our 1 night stay even though we had video proof of the infestation and notified the front desk guy as soon as we realized. Also the elevator is an incident waiting to happen you can hear every nut and bolt in there as it creaks.

The hotel was horrible from the area, to the staff, to the bugs. I only booked this hotel because AAA had it listed on their AAA best of inspected clean only section. Needless to say the hotel was far from the expectations AAA set them to I only stayed at the hotel roughly 40 minutes when I saw this bug. I requested a refund and left and will not be booking again.
Room was on the front side of the building roughly 70 yards from Interstate 10...lots of traffic noise on the front side. Rooms aren't cleaned daily. The breakfast sucked!
