Location was great. Easy to access the areas we were meeting friends. Also, only 1.5mi to the Mission for a perfect Saturday morning power stroll. Beds were super-comfortable. MakeUp mirror in the bathroom. Lovely Aviary on-site. The Coffee Bar, Perch, was excellent. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant, but were told by several guests it was very good. The one negative - the on/off handle for our shower was extremly fussy. In my opinion, it is broken. But was told but the Front Desk and Maintenance that it was not. I was never able to get it to work, but thankfully my room-mate was able to figure it out. It should not be that hard. Also the elevator for our section is Broken. But we were asked if we could manage the stairs before the staff booked us in our 3rd floor room.
