The hotel provided professional service. Plus work very hard in maintaining a clean environment.
This a 2-star rated but 5-star performance property. We were greeted warmly by front office staff, given and each day was offered bottled water. I tried printing out tickets for The Getty Museum at the computer center, but the cartridge was out. Front office staff responded immediately and got me the printed tickets, and provided great advice for the museum visit. Each day we saw maintenance staff attending to needs, and saw the property was very well maintained. Breakfast featured 3 fresh fruits, cooked eggs, and other hot items along with other cold items. Loved that there was no carpet in the rooms so could really tell if the floors were clean, and they were. Housekeeping services are top notch. Appreciate a fan in the bathroom operated by a separate switch, and all bath items in squeeze containers were full, plus with other bathroom amenities provided. Location is great for getting anywhere in LA, for nearby useful shopping and restaurants, and getting to the airport. Fantastic value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus for 4 nights with no air conditioning. I contacted the hotels front desk numerous time and had maintenance come twice who assured me and my family that the issue was fixed only to find each night we were waking up in sweats. The hallways were cool and the eating area was cool from the air so that tells me there was an issue with my room that they didn’t not care to get to the bottom of or move my family to a room with working air conditioning. Also the e chose the hotel due to it having a pool as an amenity. When we checked in on Saturday the concierge stated the pool was closed until Monday. The pool was shut down for our entire stay and my family was not able to swim.
